We share a common vision, a common set of values, and an unwavering commitment to being channels of God’s Holy Spirit in the world. Order of The FLAME

The Order of the FLAME (Faithful Leaders As Mission Evangelists) is an ethnically and culturally diverse covenant community within the global Wesleyan Methodist family that equips, nurtures, connects, and encourages young pastors and their spouses in evangelism and mission through a yearly conference, ongoing mentorship, and timely resources.

Metanoia

Through Metanoia, WME is identifying, connecting, and equipping young leaders who love God and hate evil. These are young women and men who are engaged in their communities of faith, who are sensing a call to follow Jesus more deeply, and who are ready to begin discerning what’s next. We are shaking the gates of hell as we empower these young Christ followers to deepen their faith, share it with integrity and grace, and impact their world on behalf of Jesus Christ.
