Originally from Brazil, Luiz and his wife Daniele responded to God’s call into cross-cultural ministry and have made their home in the United Kingdom since 2011. They currently live in Glasgow, Scotland, where they are involved in church planting through Glasgow Story Church and in a missional coffee shop, The Story Coffee.

Luiz’s ministry journey has taken him across several countries, equipping denominations, leaders, and congregations to embody the gospel with humility, courage, and grace. He is especially focused on mission, evangelism, and church planting — helping the church rediscover its calling to go into the world with the good news of Jesus.

At the heart of his work is a relational, Spirit-led approach: walking with people, discovering God’s purposes together, and celebrating the transforming power of Jesus in every life.

He holds a Master’s degree in Mission and Evangelism from the University of Manchester and has published four books in the United Kingdom and in South America.

Luiz and Daniele have two adult sons, Luiz and Samuel. As a family, they enjoy BBQ, NBA, and good coffee together.
