Bishops, leaders, and FLAME members of the various denominations within the Wesleyan Methodist family in North America are invited to nominate clergy (and spouse if applicable) from each of their conferences or areas, to attend the annual gathering of the Order of the FLAME.

After receiving the nominations, World Methodist Evangelism will extend an invitation to each clergy (and spouse) to attend the upcoming gathering.
