Our Finances
Financial Integrity and Accountability
We know it’s important to you that your donation is being used effectively. It’s important to us, too!
At World Methodist Evangelism, we believe faithful stewardship is a vital part of our witness. We are committed to managing every gift with integrity, transparency, and accountability so that our partners can give with confidence.
World Methodist Evangelism is an independent, non-profit organization governed by an autonomous Board of Directors (see members here). We receive no official funding from any of the denominations in the Wesleyan Methodist family and depend completely on the generosity of individuals, local churches, foundations, and other partner organizations who make it possible for us to equip and encourage believers around the world to share Jesus with clarity and confidence.
We take seriously our responsibility to steward these resources wisely in service of God’s mission.
Accredited and Trusted
World Methodist Evangelism is a proud member of the
Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), an organization that sets and monitors standards for financial integrity, governance, stewardship, and ethical fundraising practices among Christian nonprofits.
Many of those standards are far above the minimums required by law, allowing you to generously support trusted ministries like World Methodist Evangelism with confidence.
As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, contributions to World Methodist Evangelism are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Our Commitment to Stewardship
Our goal is not simply to be compliant, but to be faithful stewards of every dollar God entrusts to us through the generosity of His people. We are committed to:
Using donations and grants for their intended purposes;
Managing resources responsibly and ethically;
Maintaining strong financial oversight and internal controls;
Pursuing maximum ministry impact through wise stewardship;
Keeping overhead low so that resources flow directly toward the mission.
