25th Anniversary Reunion

We are looking forward to the 25th anniversary reunion event for the Order of the FLAME. Due to unforeseen circumstances with Epworth By The Sea, we are moving the event to one of our partner churches. Make your travel accommodations and plan to join us in Memphis.
We would love for you to attend this event, if you are able. Although, virtual is an option, a reunion via zoom is not the same as the reconnection of being together in-person.
Through live and pre-recorded sessions this event will be tailored to optimize reconnection and recommitment, as well as offer on-going learning and strengthening of our commitment as mission evangelists. Participate and engage with other FLAME members and leaders from the greater Wesleyan Methodist Family. This gathering will be a time of renewal and restoration for our FLAME family. Our time together will allow for connection and recommitment to being mission evangelists in the communities in which we serve.
Whether in-person or virtual, the early bird registration cost of $149 allows your participation in all plenary sessions including breakouts and worship. Conference materials are also included and will be distributed on-site for the in-person attendees and will be mailed to all US-based virtual attendees.
If you are coming in person, Memphis, Tennessee is the destination! Monday, October 4 will be the arrival date, with the event being Tuesday, Wednesday and finishing up Thursday mid-afternoon. When making your plans, note that we will provide information for optional sightseeing possibilities on Monday and Thursday afternoons…..such as The National Civil Rights Museum, The Peabody Duck March and the Stax Museum of American Soul Music to name a few.
We are working diligently to provide hotel options as well as other helpful information. Stay tuned!
All sessions will be recorded and accessible for both in-person and virtual attendees. All sessions and bonus material will be available to registered attendees for 3 months following the event via the event app.
CEU credit is also available.
